Troubleshooting

I have the electrolux under the counter beverage center. The display is displaying 55, which is not the temperature I have it set to. The interior light does not turn on when the door is opened, and all the touchpad buttons (vacation mode, mute sounds, temp, display light, and on/off) are not responsive. Does anyone know what's wrong?

Hello Anonymous 132580! From what you are describing it sounds like there could be a communication problem with the control board since your beverage center (model EI24BC65GS) is cooling but the lights and controls are not responding. I would recommend having a service provider out to confirm and repair the appliance.
