I've Tried Three Different Credit Cards But Still Getting A Code Ej2ip02x Error

I've tried three different credit cards but still getting a code EJ2ip02x error when i try to make a change to my flight on easyjet. i know the cards have money on them so why would i still be getting this declined message? please help!
