Ej2nc90nsx - Error Message When Trying To Change Flight Online

i got this error message then was told that they couldnt process my request and i would have to go thought the call centre, but wouldnt be charged the extra £5what issue would this be caused by?

The system cannot find flights with the same price or a higher price compared to your original flight and therefore cannot complete the exchange transaction.

I solved this issue with mobile apk easy jet; with apk it says that departure date can't be earlier that return date;

- so it's issue with departure/return date

i think the main issue is departure date and return date;

- return date can't be earlier then departure date

- i try with different browsers; different dates and time; i called call centre; but i couldn't explain what is going on with this type of error
