My Brush Bar Will Not Spin

i cannot get the brush bar to spin and without that, this vacuum is useless. there is no obstruction, i have checked the battery terminals and filter. what next?

It sounds like you've troubleshooted this already, so at this point, it may require service repair. However, before proceeding with that, I would speak to Dyson. They may have some troubleshooting tips that they could walk you through towards a resolution without service. Here's their contact information:
