Why Is My Dc35 Not Working Right

Hi, there may be an obstruction stopping the vacuum from working correctly. Follow the instructions on page 8 of the user manual to remove the obstruction (under the heading .
If your vacuum shuts off during use, it's because the motor is overheating. Let the vacuum sit for an hour before trying to use it again. It may be overheating because of something stuck inside, so you might want to try cleaning the vacuum out before using it again.
You can find more information on page 8 of the manual, under the section titled Using Your Dyson Vacuum Cleaner.
