The Brush Is Not Turning,belt Not Broken,an Only Picking Up By Hose,help Please

If the brush bar on your DC33 won't spin, see page 8 of the user guide for troubleshooting steps. Look near the middle of the page, under the "Brush Bar Troubleshooting" heading.
