On My Dc 28 The Beater Brush Quit Turning. Where Is The Belt?

Hey, DC28 has a belt which should not require replacement. You'll find it helpful to run through their online troubleshooting guide to check everything is correct with your cleaner:

By checking for and removing any obstructions from the cleaner head, and removing threads or hair wrapped around the brushbar, you should be able to resolve your issue.
