Tickets
Why does it take so long to get a response to the tickets that we are suppose to do to get anything fixed in the store? We haven't had water to our water fountain for months, our vent in the restroom hasn't worked in months and our restroom is out of order. A port a pot was brought to use but with wind chills of 20 below zero would you use it? Customers are having a fit because they can't use the restrooms.
