Is My 2013 Citadel Overheating

I have a 2013 Dodge Durango5.7 Hemi.  While idling my digital gauge is reading up to 226 degrees Fahrenheit. Is this normal?  While driving at a higher rate of speed my digital gauge is reading between 195 - 204 degrees Fahrenheit.
