Challenger Losing Power(turbo Charge Leaking)
Purchased new challenger Feb 2012.We Tow a 17 foot caravan.
Looses power and thus forced to the side of the road,to contact local dealer who computer checks.
Ringing customer service frustrating with the worker thumbing through a book to locate the Albury dealer.I was asked what was the postcode? I was provided with the address(Olive Street) however a number wasnt identified. So we limped into Albury and finally found the dealer right in the CBD! Most helpful dealer who identified the problem,and advised to return to the deler whom we purchased from.
Advised we could continue driving with the warning engine light on.
Dealer we purchased from, couldnt attend to a booking to review again the problem.("as we are in the process of selling the business" they stated),thus have booked in for a third time for assessment, Monday 12th November at another dealer.
Any enlightment re. the problem. Sounds like a new turbo charge to me is needed.
