Front Brakes On Driver Side Keep Locking Up

Been through 2 new brake calipers and replaced the wheel bearing hub assembly. Brake line still works fine and fluid is good. Rotor on the front driver side keeps excessively heating and the brakes on the front driver side keep locking up, not sure what else it could be

The most likely cause of this is the driver's side front brake caliper sticking or seized. This can be due to dirt or corrosion in the piston area, or if the caliper is worn out and needs to be replaced.
