How Do I Get To My Electronic Throttle Body To Clean It?

A few days ago the electronic throttle control light turned on while I was driving along with the check engine light. Both lights appeared and disappeared over the next few days. My heat stopped working. Then today I drove it to work and couldn't get it started afterwards. Well the engine turns and runs, but I can't reverse or drive it, and it rattled violently everytime I cycled the key in the ignition. It's like it's in nuetral. I had it towed and after I got it home it started right up, no engine lights on. I've always had weird electrical issues with my car but this one can cost me time and money. Recently, I had my radiator cap come off, soaked my car in fluid, and i had that repaired along with some minor things at a shop. So I think it may just need to be cleaned. I'd like to see for myself before I throw more money at this car.
