Why Won't My Remote Work For The Hopper System We Just Got?
The remote will turn the TV on and off, mute, and the volume works. Otherwise it won't change channels, skip forward or backward, go to the DVR or any other function.

Hi, it sounds like your remote is not working the receiver functions. Check the back of the remote and make sure that it is in the correct room. You will need to re-pair it the receiver. On the left front of the receiver is a little door, open it from the top and find the Sys Info button. When you press that you will see on the right side of the screen will be remote information. Select locate and the remote that is paired at this location will beep. You may need to un-pair the remote and then re-pair it. If you still have an issue, please email me. Thank you!
