Use Bedroom Receiver When Camping

When using my bedroom receiver when camping and changing channels it gets to a certain channel and begins to search for satellite and go through countdown and becomes unable to change to another channel. Any suggestions?

Hi, I am sorry that you are having a problem with your satellite signal. Have you tried to reset the receiver by unplugging it for 10 seconds and allowing it to reboot. If this does not resolve the issue, please try and run a check switch test, Menu, 6-1-1 and then select "Check Switch", and then "Test". Please tell me if you get an error message or if not, what satellite orbital appear on the matrix screen. If you could please email directly with the results, I will assist your further if needed.
