My Remote Control Has Stopped Working.

Changed batteries when remote quite working. They are installed correctly but still wil lnot work

Hi, I am sorry you are having a problem with your remote and I would like to help. When you press the big select button in the middle of the remote does the SAT button on the top right light up? If not, please press and release this button and then try the remote again. If you are still having an issue, please email me directly and tell me what lights up and I will assist you further.
