Hi,I am sorry that you are having a satellite signal issue in your home and I would like to assist you. Can you please let me know if you have tried to reset the receiver by unplugging it for 10 seconds from the power outlet? If you are still ahving a problem, can you email and let me know if anyhting has chganged in your home since the system was working correctly? Thank you!
