Foxcn Not Listed In My Available Channels?

Start of basketball season some of hometown teams are on Foxcn (Cincinnati), I am in TN. I have america's everything package. Go to game finder, say's it is on channel 427 and listed in White. On receiver, I go to guide "all channels" and it is not listed. Go to Locks, not a channel you can select to lock or unlock. Called a buddy in Cincinnati with dish, He gets channel 427 with top 250. Called Dish support and they said there was a dispute wiith Fox which has been resolved your channels should show up in a few days. Per the internet, that dispute ended 10/31/12 but it is now 1/15/13? Sorry, don't have any faith that after that long the channels will show up in a few days and I will be on hold again for an hour. Anyone else haveing problems with FOX channels not showing up in guide? Did a change occure and the fox sports channels moved to a premium paid subscription? BTW, Channel 427 does not show up in my remote scheduler either?

The sports area are determined by the leauges and are done by zip code.
