Please make sure that your remote is on SAT mode (you know that your remote is on SAT mode by pressing any number on the remote and seeing the SAT button light up) If this is not the button lighting up at the to, be sure to press it once in order to place the remote on SAT mode.

If the remote is already in SAT mode but still not working you will need to readdress it to the receiver.
