My name is Kimberly and I form part of the Social Media Dept with DISH. Are both Tv's showing the same picture? Normally when both TV's are showing the same picture, and the remotes control both TV's, the receiver is in "single" mode. You can confirm this by seeing what the orange light on the front of the receiver is under. To change it to "dual" mode, you press the mode button on the front of the receiver which should move the orange light and bring the TV2 blue light on as well. Both Tv's would now be independent under Dual Mode. If this is not the issue please reach me at: [email protected] with your account information and more details on the issue. I'd be happy to further assist you and get this resolved for you.
