How Do I Get Off Of Channel 96

Hi, I would be happy to assist you. If you press the guide button on your remote, it will pull up a guide. Go to a different channel and thjen press select and it will change the channel. If you are having a problem with the remote, you can open the door on the front panel of the receiver and use the round button to channel up or down. You will need to contact DISH to resolve the issue with your remote. Please email me if you need additional assistance. Thank you!
