If you enter the channel number directly on the remote, does it take you to the channel? If so, please press guide on the remote, on the top left of the Guide, were it say:"List:" what do you have listed? All channels, My Channels, or HD Only? If you have a Hopper system then press the Guide button and check what you have listed were it say "GUIDE:" In order to receive all the channels you are subscribe to, the Guide list must be set to My Channels.
