Cbs On Dish Keeps Pixelizing.

Had tech out checked said signal was strong. Checked and replaced my Hopper 3 box 2 days ago. Well today started having same problem. Seems it will do it off and on for awhile then stop. Any suggestions

Why does my DISH keep Pixelating?

Why Is It Happening? This problem is typically caused by an issue with the cable connecting the TV to the DISH receiver or an error in the DISH receiver.
