Caller Id Not Showing Up On Tv

I have comcast as my phone provider, and you guys as my cable provider why doesn't my caller Id work on my tv. When I had verizon it worked by not with comcast. Why???

Hi, I am sorry that you are having a problem with your caller ID and I would like to assist you. Have you rechecked the settings on the caller ID screens of the receiver menu? Has the caller ID ever worked with the Comcast phone? Is the phone line connected tot the reciever still active? Please email me and let me know and I will assist you further. Thank you!
