Hi there dmantopdo, my name is Kimberly and I form part of the Social Media Department with DISH. It will be my pleasure to assist you and help you resolve this issue. I understand you purchased a new TV and is not giving you signal. Is the Tv connected directly to the DISH receiver or is it a TV 2? (a tv obtaining feed from the receiver but not connected directly to it) If it is a TV 2, it will need to be set to the channel listed on the Modulator Set up. You will verify this by pressing 'Menu' on remote #1 (at TV 1 location, where receiver is) from the 'Menu' screen select option 6 for 'System Setup' then option 1 for 'Installation' and then select option 5 for 'Modulator Setup' On the Modulator Setup screen where it says: 'Tv 2 Out' under channel, what channel number do you see? Whatever the number is (usually is 60 or 73) leave this screen up, put remote #1 aside, go to Tv 2, and using the channel up & down button on the TV itself, set the Tv to the channel #.
