Hi, I apologize for the problem with the TV1 Picture and I will be happy to assist you. The blue screen is more that likely the TV being on the incorrect input. We will need to cycle through the inputs until we find the DISH picture. Please, use your DISH remote, press and release the clear TV button on the top left side of the remote. Now press the Input or TV/Video button under the TV button. The TV will display a name, AIR, Cable, HDMI1, or Component, etc. Please go to each one an pause for about 30 seconds. If you are still having a problem, unplug the receiver from the power for 10 seconds and then when the green light is back on the receiver, try the process again. If you are still having problems please email me directly and I will assist you further. Thank you!
