Blocked/ Locked Channels...

why are the channels that i have blocked or locked showing upm i got into the screen where you lock them and they are checked off as locked but on the guide screen they show up.... this just happened after we had complete signal loss the other night... how do i fix it... annoying to have a bunch of useless channels showing up1

Hi, I will be happy to assist you with your locked channel issues. Locking a channel will still show the channel in the guide but when you select on it, it will require you to enter a pin number to be able to watch it. There is a Hide option as well, and this is what you want to select to Hide the channels you have locked. If you are still having any difficulties, please email me directly. Thank you!
