My Tv Has Been Off For A Year. I Have Reconnected It But Only Get The Channel

information at te top of the screen. I cannot view the program because there isn't anything on the screen except the Channel information. What do I need to do to view the programs? Charles

Hi Charles, i am sorry that you are having this problem with the receiver. You will most likely need an authorization from DISH to the receiver to be able to view your programming. Please email me directly with your account or phone number. I will also need the receiver and smartcard numbers, which you can obtain by pressing menu twice on your remote. Thank you!
