Slow Internet Connection Speeeds

Why is my internet so slow with you? I also keep getting can not open check your internet connection Ronda Feathers

If you are having problems with your Internet connection, you can call 1-800-333-3474 and ask to speak with our WildBlue department. They will be able to troubleshoot with you and if needed can send a tech out to check your installation. I hope this helps.
