Signal Code 31-11-45??

What does this mean it's been going on for two weeks and now were getting upset!!

Hi there Ajgilroy, my name is Kimberly and I form part of the Social Media Department with DISH. The error message you are experiencing is regarding signal loss. Caused by poor weather, damaged cable, misaligned dish, malfunctioning equipment, or major changes in the home such as new roof, new carpeting, etc. Have you made any changes to the installation? is this occurring with all Tv's in your home? If not. reset the receiver by unplugging it from the wall outlet for 10 seconds. If issue persists please reach me at: [email protected] for further assistance.
