All customers were currently unavailable to access the online page to validate the offer due to the offers promotional sign up time slot not being open until Jan 17th. The offer is definitely available to be on your account, you will need to visit mydish.com/epixgift to redeem the offer anytime between today and MARCH 31st, 2014. Please be sure to log in to your DISH Online account prior to visiting the link to redeem the offer.
