Intermittent Signals

For the past three hours my signals have either gone out with completely or partial channel signal loss. If I don't change the channel after approximately 5 minutes the channel returns. What is wrong with my dish. There have been no changes in location, no obstructions, or damage to the dish. I haven't had this for a year and its already having problems what can be done to fix this problem?

Hi, I am sorry that you are having a problem with your satellite signal. Are you having any weather now in your area? Has anything changed since the system was working properly? With your remote, press Menu-6-1-1 to Point Dish screen. Highlight Check switch and select on that. On the bottom of this screen, highlight Test and select. Allow the receiver to run this test. When it is done if you get an 836 error message that says "You have fewer satellites", please cancel out. Cancel all the way out and please email me directly with the results and we can go from there. Thank you!
