Our Hopper Has To Be Unplugged And Rebooted 5-10 Times A Week. What Is The Issue

We have gotten a new reciever in the last 3 months for this issue, but now it has begun to do this again. The guide doesn't download, or it loses the conecction or it just does it's own reboot in the middle of the day or during prime hours as well. I unplug it and reboot the thing myself at least 5-10 times a week. What can we do because it is beyond frustrating!??

I recommend calling Dish Network customer support and explaining the issue to them. They should be able to walk you through some troubleshooting. Here is the number: (855) 318-0572.
