Please be sure to log in to your DISH Online account prior to visiting the link to redeem the offer. If you currently do not have a DISH Online account set up, please follow this link https://my.dish.com/customercare/usermanagement/prepCreateOnlineId.do?onlineid= in order to create one. The process is very easy and takes less than 5 minutes.
