Dishes In Condos

I have heard that dishes are not allowed by our CCR's, however there are numerous dishes on balconies. Is there a way to position a dish so that it is not visible from the ground?

This is something you are definitely going to want to verify with your CCR. You have the right to have it installed within your exclusive area that you own like a balcony, yard, and patio. The CCR can set limitations on common areas. If you are interested in DISH we can send you a landlord permission form to have completed.
