My Dish Won't Come On?

There are a few simple things that you can try to resolve this issue with basic troubleshooting. The first thing to try (works for many technical issues) is a hard reset on the receiver. You can do this by unplugging the receiver from its power source for 10 seconds and then plugging it back in. The receiver will restart and acquire the satellite signal. If that does not resolve it you’ll want to check that all connections for the receiver and television are ‘hand tight’. If the issue persists, it would be best to call technical support for advanced troubleshooting.
