My Dish Receiver Does Not Show Any Of My Channels.

I have not used my dish receiver for several months. I turned it on and now it says i don't have a subscription for any channels. How can fix this? My other receivers work fine.

When a receiver is unhooked for long enough, it loses it's authorization to view channels. Chances are the receiver needs to be reauthorized which any CSR can do (it will need to be activated if it's deactivated). Feel free to email me at [email protected] and I can reauthorize the receiver (include account number/phone number), or you can always call in and a CSR can get you squared away.
