I would be happy to assist you further with this. I checked our list and do not show anything going on with WRAL.

Can you provide more information about the problem you're experiencing including: What comes up on the TV screen when you go to that channel? Has anything changed from the last time it was working properly? If you have more than one receiver, does it happen on multiple receivers or just one?
