Hi, I am sorry that you and your neighbor are having a problem with your remotes and I would be happy to assist you. We will just need to readdress your remote to a different number and it will resolve your issue. Can you please take the remote in question and in front of the receiver press the menu button twice. On the screen in front of you, towards the bottom should be a TV1/TV2 remote address and the actual address will be in the white box next to it. Now with the remote that is having the issue with your neighbor, press and hold down the SAT button on the top left of the remote until all the other button on top light up and then let go. The SAT button will be blinking. Press the 8 on the remote and then the "#" button under the number nine. The SAT button should blink three times and then press the black and red record button. Just be sure the remote address number you chose is different from what was originally showing. If you are still having an difficulties, please email me directly. Thank you!
