Acquiring Signal Never Changes

What do I need to do to get my signal to acquire it has been searching forever but nothing happens

Hi, I am sorry that you do not have a satellite signal. If you have tried to unplug the receiver from the power for 10 seconds and it still connect find a signal, I will need to do some additional troubleshooting with you. Has anything changed from the time the system was working till now? Do you have a clear line of sight from the dish to the southern sky?
