Hi, I am sorry that you are experiencing a signal issue in your home. Have you tried to reset the receiver by unplugging it from the power supply for 10 seconds? Are you having any severe weather at this time or anything outside blocking the dish? I am going to have you run a check switch test. Press Menu 6-1-1 (Point Dish), on the right hand side will be a "Check Switch" tab, please select on that and then select on "TEST" on the next screen. When the test finishes you will either pass or get an "Error 836" message which says you have fewer satellites. Please cancel out of this message and you will need to contact me directly with the results of this test and you account or phone number as you will need a Service Call.
