Greetings - Try to unplug the receiver's power cable from the wall outlet and plug it back after 15 seconds - let the receiver initiallize and you should have both picture & sound again after all that.

A reset can fix the problem on occasion. The usual cause for a plain blue screen with 'No Signal' is when the TV is one the wrong input, or a cable isn't connected.

If a reset doesn't fix anything, make sure the video cables from the back of the receiver are all plugged in. Once they are, if the problem continues, we will want to check the inputs.

If this is a TV1, and is connected with a coax cable, put the remote in TV mode and change it to Ch.3 or Ch. 4. If you're using video cables, press the 'Input' button to cycle through the available inputs. Frr your TV2, put the TV2 remote in TV mode and change it to channel 60 or 73.
