Hello echoduck, we will be happy to help you with this. Can you post more information of what is happening when you attempt to log in? Have you logged in previously with our problems. On our end when you selected a a program that was available to watch it then prompted you to select your provider and then provided a green key showing that you were able to watch the program. - Please email me for assistance or provide a new post and we will assist you further.
