A Recorded Show Is Playing. I Want To Stop It And Return Back To Tv Shows

Hi, I am sorry you are having difficulty stopping your recording on your DVR to get back to Live TV. You can press the Stop button on the remote, it is the button with the square on it or you can just press the "Live TV" button in the middle of the remote.
