Dish Should Answer Their Own Questions.

I just ask a question and was referred to go to friends of my social media for answers, to me that is not the way to handle things. This really showed me what I as a person and customer really mean to dish. Since you all are raising my bill i will start looking into other option .

Did your referral come from Dish or from HelpOwl? You are right either way, if you ask a question it should be answered or just ignored, not referred to someone else.
