Signing On For The Free Month Of 4 Epix Movie Channels

We received the free 4 EPIX Movie Channels offer but we are not abel to go on line to register. We do not have anyway to login. We do not believe we have ever logged in before so we do ot have a user name or password and the systrem will not allow us to sign in for the first time. What do we do?
