Gift Card Says I Can Watch On Demand. When I Go It Ask Me To Pay? Is It Free?

Gift card say i can watch channels 292,380 thru 382 which i can. But it also says i can watch On Demand. When i go. It ask me to pay. Am i doing something wrong?

Reading the offer card it states the 4 Epix cahnnels on demand. I think that means that any movies on those channels in the past that are offered can be viewed by using the on demand of those for channels only.

You should Call DISH Customer Service: 1-855-318-0572 for a definite meaning.
