How To Activate The Month Of Epix Movie Channels ?

Is this offer for real ? Everyone i know that received the card from Dish Network for this offer, has not been able to activate it !!!!!!

Go to this page for the promo starting Jan. 17th - Mar. 31st! I just checked the site & it's now functioning. It redirects you to an account creation page or if you already have an online account with dish, just login. I hope you enjoy the months movie offerings.
