How Do I Activate My One Free Month Epix

I went on www.mydish.com/epixgift so I can activate my 1 month of free Epix movies and got you,I gather a third party. I want to know how to activate it,can you please tell me. Why can't Dish just make it simple.Why did I need an account with you to do this? Oh well, anyway can you tlel me how to do this,I would appreciate it

If you are unsure if you have EPIX through a subscription to BLOCKBUSTER @ Home or The EPIX Package, tune to channels 380, 381 or 382. If EPIX is playing on your TV, you already subscribe and can watch great EPIX movies on your TV, computer, and internet-connected devices. go to dish home page and set up acct or if you have one set up, log in..then go to epixgift tab and set it up..takes about 15 min after you set it up to see on TV
