Please Immediately Cancel My Dish Service.

I have attempted since last week to pay my bill and have been unable because of some snafu on your end. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! Please IMMEDIATELY cancel my service. I am putting a check for the total amount of my bill--$291.84--in the mail tomorrow morning addressed to your Palatine, Illinois, facility, which according to your website is the proper place for bill payment if you live in New Mexico--which I do. I understand that the check will take approximately 10 days to clear, but I would like service terminated immediately.

Regarding your bill payment, mailing a check to the address provided on their website is the correct way to pay your bill. However, keep in mind that it may take several days for your payment to be processed and your account to be updated. You should also confirm with Dish Network if they have received your payment and if they have processed the cancellation request.
