It will depend on the type of ticket you purchased. If you have access to the ticket receipt, it should state whether or not its refundable. If you don't have access to the electronic ticket receipt, contact Delta and give them your ticket number or your 6 character record locator (confirmation) and they will be able to advise on the cancellation/refund/change options of your ticket. Most airline tickets anymore are nonrefundable, however often they can be changed with fee and/or difference in air fare within 1 year from date of issue.

Contact Delta at 800-221-1212 for assistance. It's very important you find out about your ticket BEFORE your outbound flight date as the ticket may be void and without value if you try to change it after the outbound flight.
